# Overview

333 EMS and hospital props for FiveM: patient transport, cardiac and trauma gear, a whole hospital, fire, water and air rescue, MCI and the EMS station.

333 custom props for EMS and hospital roleplay in FiveM, branded for the Los Santos Medical Department. Load a patient on a power cot, work a cardiac arrest with a monitor-defibrillator and a crash cart, furnish a whole hospital from the reception desk to the operating theatre, set up a mass-casualty treatment area, and kit out the EMS station, the fire and technical rescue crews and the helipad. Every prop is a model of its own, made for this pack, and spawns by name like any GTA object.

## What you get

* **333 props in 24 categories,** from a tourniquet and a pager to an MRI scanner, an anaesthesia workstation and an inflatable rescue boat. See the [Prop list](/organized-chaos-docs/medic-props/prop-list.md).
* **The whole job:** the ambulance and patient transport, airway and oxygen, cardiac care, trauma and wound care, medication and infusion, diagnostics, and the training room.
* **A whole hospital:** reception and waiting area, emergency department, wards and patient rooms, operating theatre, laboratory, radiology, the morgue and a doctor's office.
* **Rescue and incidents:** hydraulic rescue tools, rope, water and mountain rescue, air rescue for the helipad, and a mass-casualty set with a treatment tent, triage tags and sector flags.
* **The EMS station:** lockers, a duty roster, crew bunks, a dispatch console, rig-check boards and the crew's own gear.
* **Detailed surfaces:** rounded edges, baked contact shadows and surface texture (fabric, rubber, leather, wood grain, brushed metal) from a normal map in every model.
* **Levels of detail:** larger props switch to lighter versions of themselves further away, up to three levels like the game's own props, so busy scenes stay smooth.
* **Collision on every prop,** shaped to the model. Freeze a prop in place, or let it fall, tumble and be pushed.
* **Textures inside the models.** One file per prop, nothing to set up.
* **Lit screens and lights:** patient monitors, defibrillators, pumps, displays, signs and warning lights glow by themselves.
* **Draw distances that fit,** from 10 m for a pager to 300 m for the helipad windsock.
* **Origins made for placing:** ground props at the centre of their base, wall items at their back, the hanging direction sign at its ceiling mount.
* **Spawn them with anything:** your own scripts, ymaps, map editors, housing and furniture scripts.
* **Standalone.** No framework and no script: nothing runs on the server or the clients.
