# Support

Where to get help, and what to send so we can find the problem quickly.

## What to include

A report with these details usually gets solved in the first reply:

* **The resource and its version.** The version is the `version` line in the resource's `fxmanifest.lua`.
* **Your framework and its version**, for example ESX Legacy 1.13 or Qbox.
* **Your server build.** Type `version` in the server console.
* **What happened and what you expected**, step by step.
* **Errors from the server console**, copied as text.
* **Errors from the client console.** Press F8 in game.
* **What you changed** in `config.lua` or `locales.lua`.

## Before you ask

* Did the server restart completely after you installed the resource? See [Installation basics](/organized-chaos-docs/installation-basics.md).
* Does the resource start without errors on an unchanged `config.lua`? If it does, the cause is in your edit.
* Are the optional resources it uses started **before** it in your `server.cfg`?
